HOW DOES SCOOTER DELIVERY WORK?
3 SIMPLE STEPS
Everything we need from you fits in a few short messages. The rest is on us.
PICKUP
In the form, enter the scooter’s make and model, its registration number, and the exact address where it’s currently located.
DELIVERY
In the form, enter the exact delivery address, along with any access details or landmarks the courier should know.
CALL & PAY
After you submit the form, our operator calls to confirm the vehicle is yours and sends a payment link. The courier then delivers it.

FAQ
The transport of one scooter within Warsaw costs 200 PLN, urgen transport of one scooter within Warsaw costs 300 PLN (from one location to another). If you need to transport two or more scooters, or if the transport is outside Warsaw, we will provide an individual quotation.
We accept:
- Cash on delivery
- Bank transfer (by prior arrangement)
No. If you cannot be present, please let us know in advance where the scooter key will be left.
The key can be left in a previously agreed location, for example:
- Inside the scooter storage compartment
- Under the front glove box
- Or any other location agreed in advance
Yes, if you have provided us with the vehicle keys. Otherwise, the steering must be unlocked before the courier arrives. If it is locked, the courier will contact you and wait for 15 minutes. If you do not unlock it within this time, the delivery will be considered completed.
If the steering is locked and you have provided us with the vehicle keys, we can unlock it and transport the scooter. Otherwise, the courier will contact you and wait for 15 minutes for you to unlock the steering. If it remains locked after 15 minutes, the delivery will be considered completed.
If the steering lock cannot be released and the additional fee is not accepted, the transport cannot be completed. In this case the request will be considered an unfulfilled courier dispatch, charged at 150 PLN, due to circumstances caused by the client.
If our driver arrives at the pickup location but the transport cannot be completed for reasons related to the client (e.g. locked steering wheel, missing key, client absent, or any other unspecified issue preventing pickup), this will be considered a courier dispatch and charged at 150 PLN. Any payment for the dispatch is non-refundable.
Our driver will normally wait for up to 10 minutes. If you inform us in advance that you are running slightly late, we may be able to wait a little longer, depending on our schedule.
Yes. Before booking the transport, please let us know if:
- The steering is locked
- The front or rear wheel is locked
- The scooter has been involved in an accident
- The scooter cannot be moved normally
This information allows us to prepare the appropriate equipment and personnel.
Please inform us before our driver arrives. A scooter with a locked wheel requires special loading procedures. In some cases, assistance from an additional staff member at the pickup location may be required, or an extra team member may be needed.
Knowing the scooter’s condition beforehand allows us to prepare the correct vehicle, equipment, and number of staff required for safe transport. This helps avoid delays and unexpected additional charges.
